Problem with Automation License Manager service

Dear support, I have problem with Automation License Manager service. I send you in attachment a pdf file with screenshots of messsages and warnings which are displayed when I tried to run these applications. On the site we have two workstations with SCADA Vijeo Citect installed and also for additional communication between S7 300 and SCADA system we have installed SIMATIC NET IE SOFNET-S7 Lean Edition 2008. Two licenses of this software are installed on both workstations and a few weeks after Siemens OPC is installed on the site one workstation started to report that SIMATIC NET don't have a license (Figure 1, License Manager problem.pdf). When I tried to run Automation License Manager another error appears that Automation License Manager service is not started (Figure 2). Because of Automation License Manager problem, SIMATIC NCM Manager could not be started as well (Figure 3). After that I've checked the statuses of SIEMENS AG services in run/msconfig/services and all Siemens services are checked. Also, I've checked in Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Services and Automation License Manager Service is stopped (with Automatic Startup Type). After that I've tried to start this service and the following message appears: "Windows could not start Automation Manager Service on Local Computer. For more information, review the System Event Log. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to service-specific errorcode 122." Also, I've checked Evenl Log: Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Event Viewer and find description of this event log: "API = Create globaldata, os error code = 122, message = registry is corrupted (PCPPORT)" So, I'm not quite sure what could cause this problem when application worked just fine and the license from hardware license key was transfered properly during the installation of this software. My question if there is any way to fix this or can I reinstall only Automation License Manager? If I can reinstal Automation License Manager what happens with license? Now, I can't transfer license from Computer to License key because Automation License Manager cannot be started. Thanks in advance!
