Problem with backup on SINUMERIC 840C

Lukasq25 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi I have a problem Iam trying to make backup on turn machine gildenmaister 45 witch sinumeric 840C and simodrive 611after baterry fail. I have instruction for this. Iam making it from begiining everything is ok but when I rech moment where I have to load drives configuration Iam getting an error message "1650033 conversion has not been switched off" I was calling servis in poland we were trying any posibilitis but no effect. I have taken new filles (TEA1,2,3,4) from a friend witch same machine and nothing helped. Service said that maby it is problem witch drives or computer but iam wondering why next alarm in book says "165034 conversion has not been switched on" I would be verry gratefull for fast answer. Even if I made reset of everything I cant delete boot file. I stand on him press delete first I take drive, later all. but the file dont disapear. It have to be erased or the delete only erase the file inside??
