Lord, Is that Set & Reset happening in the HMI or PLC? If it is happening inthe HMI, you better do that in the PLC. If it is happening in the PLC, disable the buttons on the HMI and set the bits through PLC and see if the problem still exists. Regards, Behnam www.sigmaprocess.ca/blog |

Lord, There is a conflict with all these buttons and plc logic. If the idea is to be able to Start and Stop from HMI, Scada, andinputs to PLC. All these inputs should be wired together in parallel in PLC. Buttons on HMI and Scada should be programmed like push buttons. You press the button down on HMI, a bit goes on in the PLC. You release the button on HMI, the same bit goes off. Avoid Set and Reset. Regards, Behnam www.sigmaprocess.ca/blog |

Lord, Very Good. You got it all right. Now you have to do cross reference on the following items to find where that Manual Bit is getting set. 1. Manual Button in Wincc Flex 2. Bit 14.2 in Wincc Flex (Is that a memory bit?) 3. Bit 14.2 in the PLC How about the SCADA connection you have mentioned before? Is that causing any problem? Better leave that disconnected to make sure that your PLC and HMI are working properly. Regards. Behnam www.sigmaprocess.ca |

Lord, By the button being attached, you mean it is pressed down? Regards, Behnam www.sigmaprocess.ca |

ok , let my to explain the situation right now all the button are configured in events only to press. (without release) a thried many situation ( click, press+release, reseting form PLC , etc )and manual stil appear. tomorow i will try your solution , like i presented you before, and i will tell you the situation. Yes m14.2 is a memory bit and is configured in flexible like a tag bit . i will disconect SCADA , and the picture that i attach is the actual situation (only press) and now i think that this is the reason.
