Problem with comissioning SMC30

Hi everybody. I have problem with comissioning SMC30. I have CU 320-2PN and single motor module 6SL3121-1TE32 with SMC30. This drive is used for crane main hoist.

Encoder HTL 1024 bipolar. A/-A/B/-B square-wave impulses were recorded from an oscilloscope.All perfectly. No interference.

I connected everything as in the manual. In the parameters indicated the data of the encoder. Recorded r63, r61. Trend in the attachment. When I try make optimization tuning with encoder - Fault F07982 [5].

I have tried a factory reset. Did not help.

Could be this a problem SMC30?

Maybe post a screenshot of the encoder configuration within the drive object for the motor, showing where that motor gets its encoder signal?
