Problem with communicating between 2 PLC S7 1200 !

xuanphu Posts: 146 Rating: (0)	Hi ! I have two PLC type S7-1200 and I need ethernet comunication between the PLC. I 'm using TSEND_C and TRCV_C for data transmision. My problem : I dont know how can to connect the data from PLC 1 to PLC 2 Example : - For start a pump at PLC2, I make a FB for start a pump in PLC1 then a DB of this block appear ...It mean when I press I0.3...at PLC 1 ...an output Q.0.0 at PLC2 active... - IN TSEND_C block ....at connect pin I add this DB to send PLC 2...and TRCV_C I also add this DB block .then download PLC .but system dont run... Please help me...How can link data for TSEND_C and TRCV_C .... Best regard !

Pittiplatsch Posts: 1368 Rating: (128)	Hello xuanphu, the data, you want to send, are declared at the paramter "DATA". If you only work with symbolic address, you must declare LEN with 0. Can you post a screenshot from your configuration, then i could have a look. What kind of FW you use? And which TIA Portal Version? Greetings

I'm using TIA portal V12 ,,,First CPU (PLC1) for send data : 1214C - FW 2.0 and receive data CPU (PLC2) 1215C - FW 3.0, I upload my file ...Pleae change extension file from ZIP ---> RAR and unrar this ! With this file I want to start the pump from (FB1) DB3 run pump from Q0.3... I want to you this block from PLC1 send data to PLC 2 control pump ... Best regard ! This variable you add at the T_SEND_C of PLC 1 On PLC2: Declare a new symbolic variable e.g. "VAR_PLC2" with address %MB0. This variable you add at the T_RCV_C of PLC 2. Then you make the code sequence: If %M0.3 then %Q0.0 :=true; END_IF; Can you post a screenshot from the T_SEND_C/T_RCV_C call? And the Version of these? Do you get any error /status values? (Please note, that these are only valid for one cycle; so you have to copy them into memory..) Greetings

Do you copy the Input information (%I0.3)to the %MB10? 1) Make a new block in SCL 2) Call the T_SEND_C in this block. 3) Insert the following code: If TSEND_C_DB.ERROR then %MW80:=TSEND_C_DB.STATUS END_IF; 4) CALL the new block in OB1. What is thevalue of MW80 after starting Sending data?
