The problem is incorrect operation of the communication module CP 342-5 at profibus as DP-Master

The question is what have I done wrong?

Background in general:
The system was designed on the basis of CPU315 2PN-DP. There is module CP-342-5, order number 6GK7 342-5PDA02-0XE0, firmware V5.0. It is set to  rack (IM 361) and have been configured to work as a DP-master. Bus profile is configured as: DP. On the bus there are 9 profibus-slaves were configured  Their configuration was based on GSD-File provided by the manufacturer. See screenshot from  HW Config.

In the user-program (in OB1) were used  FC1 / FC2 functions

Diagnostics on the side of the respondents modules shows that they do not see the DP-Master.

Diagnostics on the side of CP-342-5:
1. LED:
SF: is not lit
BUSF: solid red
RUN: solid green
STOP: is not lit

there is no working link of picture, also we don't know how was Slaves configured so hard to say. If I look to last lines of DP_RECV statuses, they show normal functionality in that values description.
