I have IPC427D with CP1616 onboard. After installing all drivers and SimaticNet v.8.0 or SimaticNet v.13.0, the CP1616 is not active. What could be the problem?

I'm not sure, but I guess you need to initialize the CP1616 in order to use it. Chapter 2 of the "SIMATIC NET PC software" manual might guide you.

as I know, the CP1616 can not be used as PG/PC-interface.

It is a interface used for PNIO.
