problem with ET200M FDO8 card

Hi everybody

I am facing a problem with S7-300F station the hardware configuration is attached, the problem is that oneof the digital output module went to fail-safe (passivated) status many times leading to shutdown of the plant.

I checked thewiring for the devices connected to that module but I couldn't find anyproblem in wiring.

I want to know what are the main reasons for passivating module apart from losing communication with CPU.

what are the considerations for setting monitoring time for DO safety module.

Dear,

When you get this message then you are writing somewhere before the F-DO from the standard program into a Failsafe DB. The F-DO is using then the F-DB somewhere in line before and the check in the F-CPU is giving then this message because only the programmed part is then changed and the part whats generated by the compiler is not changed. It is then a hardware defect because there is a difference between this two.
