Problem with firmware F-DQ card 6es7 136-6DB00-0CA0

In my project, I add the et200sp, and the card I need when I add the F-DQ card, it automatically has software revision level V2.0 when it physically has V1.0.3. The problem arises when I want to update the firmware of this card. During the update, it stops at 20% and doesn't want to go further. The problem occurs in Step7 5.5 SP4 HF1, Step7 SP2 HF3 and in Tia portal 15.1 SP4. I have already tried to update being connected to PLC 319, 1518 and being connected to et200sp. Other cards that are on the same island et200sp have been easily updated.
