Hello colleagues ! 

I am using TIA portal v.14. The model of basic panel is KTP1200 Basic PN.

So I want to use different colours for graphics in WinCC graphics folder. For some motors they are created, but for example for conveyors they are only one colour and I also did not find a way to rotate it. I try to edit them with paint but then when I save them I am loosing transparent fill pattern. So is there is a way to use different colours in graphics for basic panels and to keep all system functionality?

Hey Evga_90,

paint is the default program to edit your pictures with TIA Portal and it's not possible to change it.

You are right. The transpareny will be get lost if you edit your grafic in paint.

You have to edit your grafic with a other grafic edit tool outside from TIA Portal.

For the rotations you can work with grafic lists. Use the Rotation tool (Power Point Plugin) of the Toolbox for HMI Projects to get the rotated grafics.

 Thank you for the information. Can you also tell me some other simply graphic edit tool similar to paint that I can use for this simple corrections of the graphics ?

I download the file for this rotation tool and it is some power point file. Can you also explain me how to implement this rotation tool in TIA portal and how to use it ?

I try with totally new image that I download from internet and the problem stay same I can not use transparency fill pattern. Does somebody know how to deal with this problem ?

Yes maybe with this picture it will be more clear. I want to use transparency fill pattern function to be able to connect some conveyor belts together without to overlap the graphics.

use this software for editing. It works like a charm. Did spend a lot of time to find the right thing for you. Hope it helps.
