Problem with hanging alarms on panel KTP700 Basic

Currently, the problem is solved by setting and resetting DB alarms when the panel is on, but this generates a problem because sometimes the whole panel can crash. Is there any option in the Basic panels that gives the possibility to clear the alarm screen?The ClearAlarmBuffer function is not an option. I should add that the alarms that appear on the panel are not active in the driver
