Problem with IPC647C DVI-I on board port

samkcr Bronze Member Joined: 3/24/2009 Last visit: 8/7/2023 Posts: 406 Rating: (3)	Hi, Ihave IPC647C (6ES7660-1CA38-0AB0).. But i am unable to connect to my dell monitor.... In DVI port... One more addon card is there for dual monitor connection... From there i am able to connect to the monitor... But i cant use the onboard DVI port... What may be the problem?

Hi Thanks for your reply... Actually i am handling first time like these IPCs... I have one moreidentical IPC. That also giving same problem thats y i am in confusion.I tried with another monitor but same response... It is working with addon port but problem with onboard port... How to check graphical ouput configuration in windows?

Silent Bob Posts: 836 Rating: (100)	Hi. I ask a collegue of mine who has worked with a simmilar configuration. He told me is you have a dual monitor card in your IPC the onboard graphical output is deactivated. He also told me that he used a adapter, wich was delivered with the IPC / dual monitor card wich has two outputs, to connect the monitor.

Silent Bob Posts: 836 Rating: (100)	I dont know.... Pull the additional graphic card. If you need more than 2 outputs you can order the card for four monitors
