Problem with Message Box on the Top

Well the function operates in the right way, it runs, the condition is OK, and the message box appears on the screen (on the top), everything OK, but ifi don'tpush the Accept button, the internal tags of the systems doesn't change again until i push the button. Is there anybody who has the same problem? Exists some solution, perhaps in the C code inside the message box, or in Windows configuration?. Thank you for theattention

Possibly you have some code in your script that is waiting for the response from the message box. - Remember that scripts run on one thread so if your script is waiting for a response before continuing execution, all other scripts will be queued. As internal tags only change via operator intervention and scripts this would explain why they stop updating. If this assumption is correct, all your external tags are still updating correctly. Just a thought ...

I have tried your script but it works fine for me. I do have the following suggestions: · You should always have a closing pragma statement e.g. #pragma code ("Kernel32.dll") void Sleep (int a); //Estas dos lineas para el Sleep #pragma code()<-- missing from your script · Your message box is not modal - meaning operators can operate click on objects on the screen when the message box is opened. If you don't want this then add the following lines to the top of your script: HWND Handle=NULL; Handle=FindWindow(NULL, "WinCC-Runtime - "); and change the message box call to include the Handle variable. e.g. MessageBox ( Handle, "EL PORCENTAJE DE ERRORES EN LA VISIÓN ARTIFICIAL ES SUPERIOR AL 6%", "OP-35", MB_OK\|MB_ICONEXCLAMATION\| MB_SETFOREGROUND\|MB_SYSTEMMODAL ); · When using several tags it's always a good idea to declare local variables in your script and write the tags into the variables. Then use the variables in your script. This ensures that all tag reads are done at the start of the script and do not interfere with script execution code. None of the above are directly related to your problem. I mention them purely for information purposes. Let us know what happens to the external tags next time the message box appears.

Well i will work in other direction. Concerning to the use of the Sleep function. I think is totally necesary for my system cos the action is triggered two times in a short (very very very short) period of time and the ejecution is parallel (i think this is the way of functioning by the tag behaviour). I am not programmer, so I go to the simple and fast solution (for me the languages of programming are very abstract), but the information is very estimated and useful, thank you. In other way, i'm still waiting for the appearance of the message box, and the behaviour of the external tags, so... i will tell you Best regards
