Problem with password policies - WinCC Unified Runtime (PC) - V17

Hi,

I'm working with WinCC Unified Runtime PC - V17 (Update 4) in a PC is running Windows 10 Professional.

The password complexity for project users is defined as below:

- Minimum password lenght = 8

- Minimum number of numeric characters = 1

- Minimum number of special characters = 1

- At least one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter = yes

The password complexity for project users is working fine when some new user is created in TIA Portal. However, it is not working properly in the UMC webserver (centralized TIA user management).The policies are not aplied when adding a new user. Take for instace, it is allowed to create a new account using some password like "1" (see picture). On the other hand, when changing that last password the policies are aplied correctly.

Is there something that i can do for these policies work correctly?
