Problem with Received chars from Hyper.Term into CM1241 RS232

Hello, I have configured a CM1241 RS232 card to send and receive characters to/from Hyper Terminal. I have used a very simple program which consists of two blocks (PtP_SEND & PtP_RECEIVE). No Special logic. Every time i try to enter chars from HT, i notice a strange problem. In the buffer area of the block PtP_RECEIVE i lose the first two characters of each string i enter through HT. For example : "Hello", i see only"llo" or "George" , "orge". I have tested any method for receive characters end (message timeout, characters sequence e.t.c.). I have attached my program.
