Hi there, 

I am having another doubt about the RTU configuration. I had written a small program within the RTU3030C webserver to send the process image in the email. I am receiving the email but then the data inside the csv file that i receive via email is not complete. I am only part of the actual data. When i try to save the file from the RTU to PC directly (without email), I am able to see lot more data inside the file. Can anyone give any suggestion or have solution for this?

Hi there, 

The incomplete data inside the CSV file issue is no more after updating the firmware.
