Problem with selecting values

I have to enabel and disable IO field on the selection of input from scroll bar.

I have written the Vb script for this but behaviour of script not same for all the time.

i am discribing the problem below.

I have scroll bar to select the input like setpoint, min value, maximum value for recipe.

when i am selecting the setpoint IO field to enter the setpoint. likewise for min value and maximum value.

sometimes all selections are ok ie values are moved as per selection of setpoint, min , maximum.

But sometimes there is problem while moving value as per selection. ie if selection is setpoint but value are moved in min or maximum IO field.

please suggest solution for this.
