Problem with Spindle

GBrown_88 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello everybody. I have a Stama Machine with two spindles. I have a Sinumerik 840 D, and i have two alarms 25201 and 300608, they appear randomly, but always on the same movement and always refer to the same spindle. They appear when the spindles are on the tool change position. Could anybody help me with this problem??? Thank you in advance.

SteveA Posts: 297 Rating: (41)	My guess is that the spindle orientation position for tool change is not correct, and the spindle is trying to maintain orientation while being pushed out of position by the tool change mechanism. Once you reach the torque limit of the spindle, you get that alarm. HTH, SteveA
