Problem with tag logging!

tuyenc1 Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	Hi al! I am using wincc6.0, i use tag logging to collect data from process. But i can'y find the archive file that store data from the process(*.csv). Some one could help ma solve this problem! Thanks all!

Danielle Posts: 1275 Rating: (123)	Hi, WinCC uses MS SQL Server to store the database, not .csv files... the database files will be in the ArchiveManager folder, if I'm not mistaken... but if you wish to access data within those files you should know that any access to WinCC's database data requires an extra license... You can export data from WinCC to .csv files (for example: online data can be exported on time or on demand through a script). From v6.2 on you can export data from trend windows with a simple click.. Best regards, Danielle

tuyenc1 Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	Thanks foe your reply! I find the database is stored in trhe "ArchiveManager" folder, in "tag logging fast" and "tag logging slow" folder, and they containx 2 file(.ldf and mdf). I use wincc 6.0 sp2, can i use "Data monitor" to export the *.csv file? Thanks!
