Problem with technology blocks FB 401 MC_Power FB 414 MC_MoveVelocity

Dear all.

I have a problem with technology blocks FB 401 MC_Power and FB 414 MC_MoveVelocity startup in my program for SIMODRIVE 611U.
The project was created for CPU 317T-2DP and the drive SIMODRIVE 611U, connected by ProfiBUS-DP3. The target of my project is to submit a constant value of velocity on the tech object Axe_1.

The structure of my project is:

FB 401 MC_Power (to enable or disable an axis.)

FB 402 MC_Reset (to acknowledge all errors accepting acknowledgment in the user program)

FB 405 MC_Halt (stops all motions and brings the axis to a standstill. The standstill position is not defined)

FB 414 MC_MoveVelocity (initiates acceleration of the axis to the preset

velocity)

Further will follow S7Tech-blocks.

Each technological block joins on a signal from inputs I0.0 - I0.3.
The blocks of my project are compiled, HWConfig and S7Tech Conf are configured according to my equipment, and compiled. Project was correctly downloaded to CPU. Starting of the project has no any red led's, informing on any basic errors in the project structure.

I set following modes for block FB 401 MC_Power:

Mode 0 – Speed-controlled axis:

Speed-controlled (speed-controlled axis without encoder)

MC_MoveVelocity" PositionControl = FALSE

Mode 4 – Simulation mode. The purpose of the program simulation mode is to test the programmed sequences in the controller, as well as the interaction between different axes. The axis is not moved during this testing!

Block FB 414 MC_MoveVelocity gave out parameter of error ErrorID 8044 at activation I0.3 (Command not supported by the technology object. For example, using the "MC_Power" at an output cam.)

Blocks FB 402 MC_Reset and FB 405 MC_Halt reacted to entrance signals and worked, but there was no movement of my Axes, since blocks FB 401 and FB 414 didn't work.

Axes are configured manually [2].

There are true parameters on inputs of all FB blocks are set, according to a manual [1].

It is not clear to me:
Why technological object "Axe" configured for a speed control doesn't accept commands of blocks FB 401 and FB 414 which are actually created for this technological object purpose?
Is it necessary to follow the recommendation of an error parameter - to configure "target cams"? The project purpose is starting the rotation of the drive (Axe), with speed constant value.
