Problem with touchpanel TP177 A

Dear all,

I have problem with touchpanel  TP177 A . I will sent you a video of it so can you tell me is it just problem with screen , or i should by a new touch panel? 

This machine was not working about year and half ( the machine is for pulp moulding) , and now we turn it on and all was fine . But later the right side of touch panel stopped working. On the video you can see everything. 

If the problem isn't in screen , what is your suggestion , where to buy the touch panel?

you should contact the technical support. Your touch Screen could be damaged.
