Problem with updating of the operating system on the panel of MP370

Dimvet Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello At updating of OS on the panel of MP 370 by means of ProSave, through the interface of RS 232 (old OS does not work), ProSave in the middle of updating gives out the report of "code 0x9 : function 0x23" the process of updating ceases whereupon. Help please to decide this problem.

For updating of OS I use ProSav, connecting by means of parallel cable. The process of updating of OS starts and in the middle of updating torn off with a report(on a photo). Where my error? ALEXANDER_MCC Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello Dimvet! The same problem on the same MP370. Only code is 0x6. Resetting to factory settings aborted. Flash has no more OS and is not downloaded with factory settings. Do you have already answer from tech support on this issue? Thanks

You need a real serial interface for project transfer to a MP370. "Real" interfaces are interfaces without implementation via USB. This means that you cannot use any "USB to serial" adapter. Tweety
