problem with upgrade Wincc Adv runtime V13 SP1

Hi, i have already made an upgrade of Wincc Advanced V13 to Sp1 and also STEP7 basic to V13 Sp1.

The upgrade is arrived with SUS service.

For upgrade also WinCC Runtime adv to Sp1 is necessary download the upgrade from the Siemens portal.

I have downloaded the WinCC Runtime V13 Sp1 but the installation don't work good.

Which is the reason?

The installation don't go more, it's only possible push the back button.

that's look that you have always installed WinCC V13 SP1 on the pc.

Can you show in installed Software inside the TIA Portal for the installed SW Packages?

This is the software installed, i don't know if is enough.

You can see that appear how installed the Runtime V13 SP1, but when try to run the runtime (by pushing on the RT button), appear an Error Window.

ok that looks ok, RT V13 SP1 is installed.

The message means that you have data which is created with version V13.0.0.0 and can not run with RT Version V13.0.1.0.

Try the following:
1.) open the device view of the HMI station
2.) select the WinCC RT Advanched component
3.) right mousebutton -> Change device/version
4.) upgrade the component to V13.0.1.0

A V13 HMI RT project can not be run on a RT V13 SP1 !
