Je rencontre un problème avec un adaptateur port série / USB, je n'arrive pas à établir une connexion MPI avec une CPU 315-2DP.

J'ai vérifié au multimètre mes broches du câble côté port série et ni le pin 2 ou le 7 me donne le 24V ..

J'ai configuré la connexion et le câble à la même vitesse de connexion (19,2 kbit / s).

Mais j'ai toujours le message d'erreur 256: 1021.

Do you have access to the PC Adapter USB manual? Have you looked up the PG/PC interface setup required for this adapter, or checked the active LEDs on the housing, this is important information you can find here:

Note that the manual, as with most Siemens documentation, can be downloaded in many languages (French is available for this one); check the Language link in the download page.

The active LEDs will tell you is the CPU is providing power to the adapter and if there is a communication connection established between the USB port and the CPU.

The PG/PC interface will set the comm parameters for the adapter to connect to a MPI or Profibus port on the CPU.

Provide us with more information on the adapter results once you check this information and we may help you better.

My adapter Serie Port/USB is install to the VM and configurate

Yes, it this the case because the PC have not Serie Port who the necessary to use a adapter Serie Port/USB.

And the power led is green, the speed configure to 19,2 kbit/s

I configure my COM 4 via adapter to :

bit/s :19200

data bit : 8

parity : none

stop bit : 1

flux contrôl : none

And the PG/PC interface have COM 4, 19.2 kbit/s
