Problem with user authorization - V18 UNIFIED

Hello, I have a problem with authorization- when I try to login in rt simulation it constantly says logon failed, and I tried restart everything and start simulation again, load it again, I did settings of authorization like this video [snip] (except i clicked add new local user instead of new project user). I have V18 UNIFIED. I also tried authorization like it says on the Siemens guide for switching from Comfort to Unified. Also same problem. And I am little bit tight on time for solving this problem.
