Hi Janac, Compatibility can cause unexpected errors in the future... so.. maybe you should think about getting an upgrade for WinCC... You can see the compatibility list here. WinCC v6.0 SP4 is compatible with Windows 2003 SP1 Server Standard. The upgrade from v6.0 SP3 to v6.0 SP4 is free, and you can get it through this link. However, notice you'd have to use the Windows 2003 SP1 Server... WinCC v6.2 SP2 is compatible with Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2, but the upgrade license from v6.0 to v6.2 is charged. You can get some further info on the upgrade license on this link. Before changing any version for any Siemens software be sure to perform a full compatibility check! Best regards, Danielle |
