problem with WinCC Runtime Professional

Hello,I have a message error " The project on the device target is closed" displayed each time I try to compile or start the Runtime simulation of my project.

I am using the TIA Portal V11 SP2,WinCC Professional V.11 SP2 and WinCCRT Professional V.11 SP2

My project is a single PC Station linked to WinCC RT Professional V11 via Ethernet Modbus TCP/IP.

I am trying to display the frequency from a Sentron PAC 3200 meter and see what will look like in runtime;

This is the message error displayed (attached file):

"Software compilation started

The project on the target device is closed

Compiling aborted (errors: 0, warnings: 0)"

Despite the number of errors and warnings recorded in the text of the last message,

the number in the errors column for this message is 1.

When the project is a PLC with an HMI RT, the Runtime is started. But when I use the PC station instead, the Runtime won't start (RT is grey). Even if when I created a PLC with a PC station, the RT won't start.

Can any one help me figure out this problem? Is there any problem with my project on in the software installation? Should I use WinCC Professional V12 instead of V11?
