Problem wth Cemat Library

Saravana kumar Gold Member Joined: 2/6/2009 Last visit: 1/7/2025 Posts: 939 Rating: (118)	Hi, I am working on a project where we use Cemat library object such at U_DRV_1D, GRP etc. The problem is with the U_DRV_1D block in the condition where the motor is running and it stops without any annunciation/ block icon indication. When I checked the problem is with the Operation interlock, one of the operation interlock got failed when the motor is running. So motor got stopped.But there was no indication in the Block Icon. It took so much time to identify the Problem with Operation interlock because each motor is having around 20 interlocks. This is the same case with Protection interlock also. So client is saying that your blocks are properly designed. We have more than 70 motors.

I guess you have a wrong FBs structure around your motor's blocks. Have you looked at the example project of CEMAT? Open AS1 project and CFC 312_SC1 there. You see M01 motor (Screw Conveyor 2) of type C_DRV_1D. Right click on ESVG input => Jump back. Now you see M01_ESVG1 block of type C_INTER5 and two blocks of type C_ANNUNC, which are generating messages for M01 motor. Their names begin with "M01" ‒ this is very important. It gives a possibility to assign their messages to M01 motor. Try to do the same And read about this trick here: How can you display the messages of another block in addition in a PCS 7 faceplate? I hope this is it, but not shure because in C_INTER5 the "Origin" field seems to be "$$AKZ$$"..

TerminalBuzz Silver Member Joined: 11/4/2011 Last visit: 1/19/2025 Posts: 253 Rating: (53)	<Installation DVD> \ Example \ 000_Example_V70_SP1 \ Cem_mp.zip I would recommend opening just AS1 project, not the multiproject because of the different location paths written inside the projects and MP. _{Unfortunately I have no time to make a little program, that I planned a month ago, for adapting project paths.. =(} By the way, what CEMAT version have you got?
