Problems archiving in TP277 project (Flexible 2005 SP1 HF7)

Dear colleagues,

We are dealing with a project with WinCC Flexible 2005 SP1 HF7 (V01.00.01.03_01.13) in a TP 277 panel (the PLC is a S7-300)
The problem we´re facing has to do with the archiving of variables. The settings for the archiving are as follow:
- Each variable is registered every 10 minutes and we´ve selected 1000 registers (logs) as a maximum in order to comply with the indications of the manual (which suggests a maximum of 10000)

Yesterday evening we left the project registering (19:45). This morning we got an error message mentioning that "the MMC was taken out (ejected) and we might lose the data", but we didn´t take the MMC out in any moment.

Besides (and what´s more important), it has stopped registering after less than 10 hours, which is not logic considering that we have enough place in memory to register more than 10 hours (even weeks)

In the attached files, i´m sending you the files from the MMC (in .csv format) if you need it to check our archiving settings.
Also, i´m sending you several printscreens showing another problem we´re dealing with (related with the trends). Each pair of dots are not linked with an interpolated line as it´s said in the Help documents, but they´re linked like "stairs" and with Solid Lines !!
