I am commissioning two drives:

1) G150 programmed with STARTER

2) G120 programmed with Tia Portal V15.

I Have the same Issue. After having commissioned the motor with control panel (autotuning run properly and I can move the motor wherever I want) I can't start the motor.

My main problem is with G150: I have to start it from wired DI (no direct link to CPU) and sets two Jog speeds. I have a TM31 too on the system. I configured the two speeds linked to two DI on TM31.

Anyway, I configured all the "OFF1, OFF2, OFF3" parameters on the same DI. The problem is that even if OFF1 seems to be ok in the "Internal Enables" pop up, it seems not ok in the "OFF1 enable missing". So, are those OFF1 different parameters? How can I unlock  the Enable missing?

mhh...so I have to separate them, one for each DI? Ther is a sequence for enabling them?

Please refer the attached sheet so that BICO parameters can be set correctly.

yes, there is a specified sequence for the control. First OFF2 and OFF3 signals need to be "1", then you can enable the drive by a new positive edge at OFF1 signal. The OFF1 signal is edge triggered and also of course level triggered. So a positive edge is needed and then the drive stays enabled as long as OFF1, OFF2 and OFF3 are "1".

You do not necessarily need to use a DI for OFF2 and OFF3. If you do not want to stop the drive by quick stop (OFF3) or coasting (OFF2) you can set them to fixed "1" in the parameter list. Only the OFF1 signal needs to be wired by some signal, as you need this positive edge at OFF1.

If you stop the drive for example with a "0" signal at OFF3, you need to do the same sequence. First giving back the signal for OFF3 and then a new positive edge is needed at OFF1.
