Problems with Diagnostic Buffer

DFB_Piranema Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hi everybody, I'm having a problem with my diagnostic buffer. The information appears with unreadable characters, mostly ####. See attached. The diagnostic buffer used be fine before. My CPU is 417-4-H-A and I'm using STEP7 V5.3 SP2 + HF2. When I read this same diagnostic buffer from another computer, it works fine. Regards, Darlam Hello, Isn't be possible to read diagnostic buffer from other CPU? Did you install same software and can you confirm that in other computer has the same version and type software? Also make update of Step7 to SP3.(Entry ID:21953245). Regards

DFB_Piranema Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hello, thanks for your help. DCOM settings are OK. I don't have SIWIREX installed. The second machine I used to read the diagnostic buffer is running a virtual machine of the engineering station, so it has the same software. This virtual machine was created before we start having this issue. As I said, it used to work before. I have a multi project with 3 H-CPUs and I have the same problem in all three. When I try to read the diagnostics it is only possible in CPU A and not in CPU B. If I modify the network assigment for the engineering station I can see the diagnostic for CPU B, but then I can not see for CPU A. I will try to update Step 7 for SP3. Regards,
