Problems with I_GET

para35127 Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Hi, I want to read from a DP Master (S7400) a data block in an intelligent DP slave (IM151-7). I am using I_GET for this. The question is: Is there any size limit for data using I_GET ? In my case I have no error until 95 bytes. After I have 80BA error. Source DB in my slave and destination DB in the master are exactly the same. Thanks

para35127 Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	OK thanks. I can also transfer one byte at the time. But do you know the size limit ? I don't think is 76 bytes because until 95 I can transfer without any problem. From IM151-7 manual I can read 76 bytes per job for S7 basic communication (X_SEND, X_RCV) but 180 bytes per job per S7 communication (X_PUT, X_GET). Could you explain me better. Thanks

para35127 Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	From the table the limit seems 76, but I don't understand why with 90 bytes for example I have no error in RET_VAL but the number of bytes readed (5A). Very strange. Thanks however for your help
