Problems with module SB 1232 AQ and PLC s7 1200

Hello, good evening with everyone.
I have a problem, the sb 1232 AQ module does not work for me, it does not turn on any led and it does not measure voltage at the output either.
Elaborated a program in the aunt portal with the analogous input (that if it measures the voltage) and the analogous output (it does not measure me voltage). In the program everything works perfectly but measuring the output does not include the voltage inserted by the analog input.
Help me please !!!

With respect to the Plc version, if the Plc gives me, it measures the voltage in the analog input well, and if I test with digital inputs and outputs tbn works for me, but with the analog output of sb 1232 it does not measure voltage.
In the diagnosis of channel nothing appears to me (I attached photo)

Ok, first thing is to pay attention to the warning you ignored (?) when you downloaded the project to the PLC.  The PLC firmware is 4.2.  Your project is only configured for firmware 4.0.  This should work.

The module is reporting a diagnostic error.  Did you look at the error (in your sin titulo 1, the "diagnostoco de canal" or channel diagnostics needs to be reviewed.

It might be you simply have not wired up the 0M and ground on the module.

It also could be that you inserted the module while the plc was powered up.

It could be you have it configured for current output and there are no wires connected, so it reports a diagnostic error, "broken wire".

Without you looking at the channel diagnostics, it may be difficult to guess from far away.

 Hello I managed to solve my problem, what I did was reset the PLC to factory, turn off the plc, then remove the sb 1232, put it back on and click the plc.
After that, configure everything again and you gave it to me !!

As a quick check of the module, output 32767 to QW80 (the default value).  The module should create a diagnostics entry for overflow.  Does the plc record the entry in the plc diagnostics buffer?

Make sure this is how your AQ1 signal board configuration looks (see attached picture).

Make sure also that you have downloaded the hardware configuration (in case the offline configuration is different).  Right-click on the plc and download the hardware configuration.  Do not use the toolbar icon for download.
