Hi Not very sure how it happened, but got it done. 1. I created a sample SCL with Author name as "xyz". Compiled and checked Wincc. #Op_Level was not created. Anyway this will not get created since we dont have a proper Author name for SCL file. 2. For the same SCL file, Author name was changed to "AdvLib". Compiled and checked Wincc. Same result as Sl No 1 ( no creation of #Op_Level in WinCC). Have updated Chart folder with the Block offline folder before compiling. 3a. Deleted the FB and compiled both CFC and WinCC. 3b. Placed the same FB in CFC. Upon compile, #Op_Level was updated in WinCC Thing to notice here is, "Operator authorization level" field in the properties of the block pin is enabled in all 3 cases.
