Problems with the SIMOTION D D410-2

My servo drive is as I mentioned before the model d410-2 I wanted to see in the manual what the problem means, but I have not found something to help me, my servo drive turns on, but the moment I give the signal to the machine work, the RDY led light turns red and remains blinking, then the next two LEDs remain green, and the last SF / BF led remains permanently red, according to what I have read in the manual, it may be that The flash card that is inserted, the bootloader, but I'm not sure, I leave a video below showing the failure that the drive gives me, I hope you can help me thanks.
