Problems with the User Interface Language in WinCC Flexible 2008 SP1

I write to you because I have problems with theUser Interface Language Setting of WinCC Flexible 2008 SP1 , it only shows me a single language andtheothers have disappeared. I tried to fix it with uninstalling and reinstalling WinCC Flexible 2008 SP1, and also chosingthe required languages but nothing happens and I needthe other languages to work, ifyou could please help me. I will be verygrateful..
