Problems with TO_ExternlEncoder

I'm trying to set up the TO ExternalEncoder with the Kubler Encoder F5888 but something doesn't work properly... Below my data in parameters required: Encder type: Cyclic absolute Encoder telegram: Standard Telegram 81 Measuring system: Rotary Increments per revolution: 8192 Number of revolutions: 1 Measuring Units per Revolution: 8192 Total Measuring Range: 8192 And if I set 1/1 in Number of encoder revolutions/Number of load revolutions the Actual position send by the TO change of hundredth fo degree... If i set 1/2048 the TO seems work correctly... Why?! Linked the zap file (TIA Portal V17 Upd5): TO_ExternalEncoder Thanks Andrea
