It all depends where you are located...
i would recommend you contact Siemens reps or personnel in the area you are in. You can probably locate someone through this contact list:

You should be able to find out how to order your products locally.

You would also find it easier to locate and order products if you can generate an MLFB (product number code). The A&D Mall is a very good ressource for this; open the following thread, select a country (or one that uses your language; I select Great Britain to have an English interface), then use the search box to locate the different part numbers you need (Profibus connectors, Profibus cable would be good seach items for you).
