I have a Chiller which controlled by a S7-300 controller (DP/DP Coupler) and can connect through PROFIBUS to my system.  

Which FB block should I used to communicate between these two System.

If you have a DP/DP Coupler you don't need any block for communication. The data exchange works via the process image of both controllers then.

let me explain the system more in details:

As you can see in the picture, i have to Siemens Controller, one of them is S7-1500 (I am designing and programming) and the other one is a Chiller Controller S7-300 with DP/DP Coupler which was designed and programmed by a company.

My task are

1. to read from and write to the chiller 
   • S7-1500 CPU 1511 -CP 1542-5 (Master) ---- DP/DP Coupler ---- S7-300 CPU 315-2 DP (Master)
2. and also read and write some other data or maybe some of chiller data to a test bed ssoftware which has a Profibus card (just work in master mode
   • S7-1500 CPU 1511 -CP 1542-5 (Slave) ----- Test Bed Program with Profibus Card (Master)

Because this is my first experience with Siemens and Also profibus my questions are:

1. How should i program a Profibus connection between chiller and my Siemens?
2. How should i program a Profibus connection between Testbed and my Siemens?
3. DO I need the gsg file for DP/DP Coupler
   
4. Which FB should i used?
   • should i used DPWR_DAT and DPRD_DAT FB? 
     • in LADDR (HW_IO) can i set the constant value of Harware ID or should i use DB?
   • which HW_IO (I mean master oder slave) shoud i set when i used for example DPWR_DAT FB in S7-1500 (Master)?

If I understood your first task correctly you have a S7-1542-5 as a DP-master connecting to a DP/DP coupler setup by a third-party programmer with a S7-300 DP-master.

What do you know of the function of a DP/DP coupler? you should know it is a special DP-slave with 2 interfaces; one interface must be connected and configured to the S7-300 DP-master (in your project), the other must be connected and configured to the S7-1500 DP master. Next the data exchange areas must be setup properly: the trick is that output addresses on the S7-300 side must correspond to input addresses on the S7-1500 side, while the input addresses of the S7-1500 side must correspond to the output addresses of the S7-300. That allows data written to the S7-300 coupler side to be read by the S7-1500 side, and vice-versa.

DP/DP Coupler, how to configure it?

So, basically, the main question is: did you get information from the 3rd-party programmer about the data exchange structure he has implemented on the S7-300 side of the DP/DP coupler? If not, fdo you have access to his Hardware configuration to find that out?

Your second task consists of setting up the S7-1242-5 as a DP-slave to a S7-300 DP-master.

Again, the main question is: do you know the data exchange structure that needs to be implemented between master and slave?. This is critical to the success of your project. Also, you have to be able to integrate the S7-1500 slave to the S7-300 master begfore the DP link is functional. Do you have access to the S7-300 PLC program, or can you hacve help from the 3rd-party programmer for this?

I just have the DP/DP-Coupler consistent address... and i should communicate with chiller through these addresses. 

Should i have the same addresses on my S7-1500 cpu or i can use another addresses or even Datablock?, and another challenge i have is, i don`t know which function block or SF should i use to program Profibus DP to communicate between s7-1500 CPU and Coupler.

The addresses you show are for I/Os in your CPUs, you cannot use DB addressing with a DP/DP coupler.

As stated before, the data areas of both slave interfaces of the coupler must be equivalent (in size and datatype) but must be complementary (inputs become output addresses, and vice-versa) as shown in the modified image posted below. If your original image represents the data areas of DP coupler 1 (on the S7-300 you are not programming) the data areas for the DP coupler 2 (on the S7-1500 you are programming) must follow the recommended formats.

Now, whenever the data area is marked as "consistent" you must use DPRD_DAT and DPWR_DAT to read or write the complete block of I/O addresses as a single unit. That is easy enough.

When it comes time to recommend how to handle the reading of the 48 bytes of Universal Module I am a bit uncertain. A Universal module is used when no corresponding datatype is used, Byte, Word, DWord... It could transfer an array, or a string of characters... I suggest you also use DPRD_DAT for this data area, and see what makes sense when you bring the data in your PLC.

as you can see in attached jpg file, i have created PLC Tag group for each Module of DP-Dp coupler with the same addresses but Input modules in DP-DP Koupler is on my S7-1500 CPU is out put and vice versa. 

I set the HW-ID to LADDR input of SFC15&16  of S7-1500 (OB124 Cyclic Interrupt) which is 275 (the CP-1542-5 Master Profibus on S7-1500 rack).

the question is, did i everything right? 

the HW_ID is set correctly or it should be in HEX format? 

if i want to program something like this for CP-1542-5 Slave, the LADDR in SF15&16 will be the HW-Id of slave module?
