I have a CPU 313c-2dp and CP5611. I have installed CP card in PC and its working properly. 

Currently my PLC and PC station is connected through profibus cable. 

First : do i need to make OFF on both sides (plc and pc station) on profibus connector or plc side off and pc station on or vice versa?

Second : I need to acess memory words from my PLC through OPC. MPI port is connected to HMI .

i wish to make s7 connection over profibus between the CPU 313 c-2dp and PC station (CP5611). I have got a document "Guideline_S7_PB_e.pdf" which shows how to make the s7 connection in PC station to a unspecified partner. In this my doubt is who is master and who is slave ? what should be config of the s7 station and PC station so that i can access the memory words in opc?

Also in the attached file there is a document which shows how to make CPU as master and pc station as slave and my HW config snapshot. I am stuck after that point.

Please help !!!!!!!

if you have the PLC 313 and the CP5611 as devices yo should on both sites the PB Connector to ON.
Which Simatic Net Version you have installed on the PC with the CP5611 Card?

You can projecting like de document described which you post.
So that the PLC ist the Master on the Network and the CP5611 in the PCSation is the Slave.

if you see the snapshot of my config, i need to edit the universal module added. I do not know how to do that. 

I do not want to access I & Q but MW 30, 32, 38 and so on..  

do i need to write any code in ob1 for that ? 

here is another document i found which allows s7 connection over profibus.

In this i have doubt: between cpu and pc station which is master and which is slave?

if you need access the PLC Internal Data like MW or DB symbols the the first config is not the right.

In this case you should use the configuration from the second document wit the s7 connection.

Her you need no Master or slave configuration.

also the profibus connector settings at both ends are "ON". Do i need to set PG/PC interface in PC station as pc internal local or CP5622(profibus)?

the config see be correctly.

You must not set PG/PC, onmly import or download the PC Station an dit should work.
