I am trying to integrate the HMI of an S7-414 PLC into a Yokogawa DCS. 

I have installed the GSD file for the S7-414 CPU into the Yokogawa configuration software but have not been able to work out how to address specific MB addresses etc.

The GSD file only give options for bytes, words, and multiple words of read/write.

Another option could be to install a CP443 profibus module into the PLC rack.  However I cannot find a GSD file for this module.

what kind of communication do you want to do?

MB-adresses? Does this mean Modbus?

What kind of 414-CPU do you have exactly?

The CPU is 6ES7 414-2XG04-0AB0.

I want to use profibus to read and write to marker bits, bytes or words and hopefully also read IW and write QW in the PLC.

Essentially I have a TP270 that I want to replicate in the DCS graphics.  I would like to be able to read and write the same tags that the TP270 currently read/writes to.

We have now succeeded in getting the Yokogawa DCS to communicate with a Siemens S7 400 PLC.

See attached pdf for more detail of how to configure the communication.
