Hello baghram; I agree withthe preceeding comments fromSte39, Umencho and eisenpferdreiter. Just to add a standard document to support what we are stating, you should download the Profibus Installation Guidelines from Profibus International (it is the 6th link in the table): http://www.profibus.com/download/installation-guide/ From that link there are a few documewnts you can look at, start with the PROFIBUS Installation Guideline for Planning, from which I have extracted the attached illustration. It shows that the standard topology for Profibus copper cables is linear, or what we call daisy-chained. You seem to want to use a star connection, and this is not supported.
