What CPU are you using, what Profbus configurator?

The error message correlates with module KSD2-CI-S-Ex2.H_5  in your first screencapture (bytes 164-187).

An I/O message error generaly means that in your program you are using these addresses, but that the I/O module itself (on Profibus-DP) is not reachable over the network. If this is a Siemens PLC, it would be handled with OB 122 probably, with a possible call to OB 86 (rack failure).
