PROFIBUS DP communication between S7300 and SIPROTEC protection relays

Dear,

My name is Luis Saltos of Guayaquil- Ecuador and I actually have 3 SIPROTEC protection relays 7UM6225 - 5EB92-0HA0/FF with communication PROFIBUS DP and also I have a S7300 PLC with PROFIBUS DP, I need to make a communication between these devices.
The software I am using for the PLC is TIA PORTAL V11 SP2, I need help sending the GSD for this relay and also if they are any examples of how to configure it with TIA PORTAL

On PLC side:

You need to find appropriate Gsd file or just to update hardware catalog. Point is, you can not search inside hardware search by Siprotec relay serial number. You need to do search by Siprotec profibus DP serial number, other solution is to do it manually, under PROFIBUS DP you will find Siprotec.

On Siprotec side:

Open Digsi,open your device in offline, go to I ter face and choice appropriate mapping, 3-2, 3-4...then trip matrix, select measurement. Now you need to select under interface X for all data you actually want to be read. Once you have done that, right mouse click under interface column and information row, so you can assigned output address that has been automatically assigned to certain Tag in Siprotec. You can change it if u want. This you will use to construct hardware configuration inside PLC.

Let's make it done fully:

First lets configure Siprotec(for my example I pick up 7UM62 relay):

• Configure your Siprotec MLFB number according your device order (Pic 1)
  
• Under 11. Port B go to the Additional protocols and choice PROFIBUS DP Slave ( Pic 2)
• Open device in offline mode -> Settings -> Interface -> Additional protocols at device
  
• Under additional protocols choice desired mapping for your device. In my example it is 3-4. (Pic 3)
• You can see a little bit more about mapping over here for this particular device. Profibus_7um62
• Open Masking I/O Configuration Matrix
• Choice Value which you want to be read -> Under Destination -> System Interface mark X (Pic 4)
• Right click under "Number" column of your desirable unit and go to properties.
• There you go with (Pic 5) where you can set and read Value byte Offset. Important when you configure Hardware configuration under PLC

PLC - Hardware configuration:

• Take a look (Pic 6)
