Hello mazdak, if you need a first idea how fast your network will be you could make a hardware configuration within STEP 7. Under the folder with the PROFIBUS options you will find information about the maximum cycle time of your network. My experience is that normaly the cycle time is much faster. Hi Mazdak There are a lot of information in the profibus website. Have a look at the documentation at this link http://www.profibus.com/downloads/ I prefer the presentations as they are quite concise and precise. In case you need more details post in here.
