PROFIBUS Network Problem

HI,

we have the PROFIBUS based S7-315 system as shown in the attached file. that system was working properly for years ago " except it once subjected to PROFIBUS cable failure and after replacing it the problem was fixed"

NOW the SF LED in PLC is always on and the BF LED is flashing. after seeing the PLC Buffer we do the next a step by step:

1. Replace the standard PROFIBUS cable with a PROFIBUS Festoon cable so that it can afford bendings like bendings founded in crane systems.

2. Replace all the PROFIBUS connectors with  a new one.

3. Replace the ET-200M interface modules with a new one having the same version.

4. Replace the RS485 Repeater.

5. even we replace the CPU.

6. re download the Hardware config and BLOCKS. 

7. Review all the configuration including terminal resistors, Addresses & Baud rate in all the system

the problem is still exist "SF LED is always on and the BF LED is flashing" !!!

You have problem reading the addresses PIW256 and PIW260.

Have a look where those addresses are?

Can you identify the module designated by these addresses? It could be that an end-station on the network could lose power, and leave the termination resistance unpowered also. This would cause reflections on the network, which would cause havoc on all the remote I/O stations.

Please show us a sketch of your network, indicating where this faulty module is. located physically.

Both pictures of Trash Rake A and Trash Rake B show an ASM475; which one corresponds to your addresses in the diagnostic buffer?

Does that module show an active fault LED? Is there one also on the IM 153-1 of the ET 200M station it is attached to?

The 2 addresses are  for 2 ASM MOBY in the 2 cabinets. Today I noticed a fault with a very high frequency on both modules. 

Tomorrow I'll try to install GSD files for these modules and redownload it to CPU
