CPU 314c 2PN/DP

I have a program running with all Profibus stations working fine, but the CPU displays SF LED on and BF1 LED flash at 0.5Hz. The CPU diagnosis says: 

.....

Any one knows how to get rid of the fault LEDs.

what kind of device is DP12? Electromagnetical problem? How fast ist you DP? Can you choose a lower speed and check again?

it is a combustion  burner. the speed is 1.5MByte/s, i will try lower speed see if it works.
