Select interface modules(Et200M or ET200S)under Profibus DP in Hardware Configuration. Select Profibus DP network & Dobule cllcik on IM Module as per your Requirement. From Profibus DP select the type of slaves...Or give us MLFB numbers of CPU and modules (for master profibus) and specify what will connect there like a slave in order to build for you the same configuration. To be a OFFTOPIC but for future is useful to go in a Step7 training courses. Best regards, Hristo Mihalev

Your slave device is SIEMENS product or other's ? For 1, if have, right-click the DP port in the hardware configuration screen and click add master system tocreatea subnet. if not, add in a profibus module to the system and then do the same. thus, you can create a master system. For 2, if it is a SIEMENS product, you can add in the slave (right-click DP master system) by selecting the device accordingly. If it is not, you need to find the associated GSD file and instal it from option. After that, you need to register the memory areas. Regards Leon
