I have a configuration where a profinet device need to communicate with a CP343-1 card.

For this device is defined a range of input and output address range: 0..63 byte address input and 0..63 byte address output.

I add and configured the blocks FC11 PNIO_RECV and FC12 PNIO_SEND.

At this moment I’m able to receive inputs from the device via the DB which is used by the FC11 (PNIO_RECV).

Unfortunatelythe way back is not working (From PLC to device). I set some bits in the DB which is used by FC12 (PNIO_SEND). The device do not receive any of these bits.

How can I check that I’m sure that the plc/CP card is sending data (these output bits) are send to the device. What more can I check on the plc side?

Note: no errors in the hardware configuration when I co in online mode.

the PNIO_Send/-RCV functions have some outputs like Error or Status - did you check them?

Note, that Done bit = true is only the acknowledgement from the remote application.

Yes These Outputs shows the correct Status/values.  so no error and the done bit is changing from TRUE to FALSE when I Change a value in the DB send

I created a DB with a 64 byte long array . This 64 byte correspond with the 64 byte output.

When I do not use a CP card, but a plc with profinet port and I trigger (force via a VAT table to TRUE) output 9.0 it result a motor (profinet device) start running, like expected.

When I use a CP card and when I trigger bit (DB3 = PNIO out messages, connected to the block FC11 (PNIO_SEND) DB3.0.DBX9.0 via a VAT table this motor is not running….

have you checked for error and status code?

Is the 16#400 the hexadecimal number of 1024dec?

Hi, yes there are no error codes. And the 1024 is the adres of the CP Card.
