Hello, 

In my project I need to connect 2 s7-1200 plcs so I used the i-device function just as described here :

But I get no connection when using the watch_tables !

Do i need a program block in the plc ?
and if so what do I use exactly because the document in that link shows nothing about programming or using blocks for the s7-1200

Thank you for answering Christoph, but i'm actually not using an actual plc, I'm doing a simulation for both plcs.

And yeah I checked for the name and the IP and there is no errors.
